Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Specialist / Forklift Operator to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will receive, inspect, and document shipments, maintain stock levels, and operate forklifts to move and store goods in a safe, compliant environment.

Role involves loading/unloading, packing, cycle counting, and reporting inventory. Candidates should have forklift certification, 2–3 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work on a remote overseas site

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• 1–2 years experience operating forklifts with certification/licensing.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments with proper documentation.
• Maintain organized storage and inventory levels.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Pack, load, and unload goods for shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
