Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an OutSystems Developer to design, build, test and deploy web applications for claims and policy management used by agents, adjusters, and underwriters. You will translate business requirements into scalable, low-code solutions on the OutSystems platform.

The role requires 4+ years in OutSystems, 2+ years building full-stack web apps (finance preferred), plus experience with REST APIs, SQL and UI/UX design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with OutSystems applications in production.
• 2+ years building full-stack web apps, preferably in finance.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with architecture, scalability, and best practices.
• Azure DevOps planning and source control preferred.
• PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
• ODC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and workflows to perform feature additions, bug fixes and configuration changes using the OutSystems low code development platform
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and apply web development experience to the OutSystems platform
• Extend OutSystems app functionality using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Query and manipulate data in SQL, JSON, CSV and XML formats
• Integrate with external systems using REST APIs
• Participate in Agile planning meetings
• Design user interfaces (UI) and improve user experience (UX)
• Design and build REST APIs, as well as data modeling and relational table design
