Position: Outbound Specialist

Location: Davao City

Work Setup: On-site, Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

Conduct outbound calls and emails to promote company products and services. Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and follow up regularly to close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while recording all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM. Work closely with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills
• Confident in handling outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers
• Target-driven with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player

Experience:

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or B2B sales is a plus but not required
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
