Ecube Labs Co., a leader in smart waste management, is seeking a remote sales representative to drive sales for their new waste brokerage business, Haulla. The role involves achieving sales quotas, requires proven outbound sales success, and comes with a structured onboarding process. Compensation includes a base rate, commissions, and additional bonuses, offering significant earning potential.

Ecube Labs is a leading company in the smart waste management industry. Our new waste brokerage business, Haulla, has expanded its service areas to Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Chicago, and expects to launch more in the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain a full sales pipeline from prospecting to close in a defined territory through cold-calling and CRM
Exceed sales goals and expectations for quota
Work remotely during US business hours (07:00-15:00 in PST / Remote Job)
As a sales representative, you will generate sales (secure deal/close contracts) with new clients by calling business owners in US cities. The ideal candidate will work to achieve long-term account goals that align with company goals.

Requirements:
Full-Time Commitment: This is a dedicated full-time position
Proven Outbound Sales Success: Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successful outbound sales experience
Persuasive and Rejection-Resilient: Candidates should be able to comfortably navigate and thrive in challenging sales scenarios
English Proficiency: Candidates must have native-level proficiency in English in order to effectively communicate with US-based customers
Tech-savvy & CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
What You’ll Need (System Requirements):
Desktop or laptop
Quiet, dedicated home office / Noise-cancelling headset
Compensation:
Base hourly rate provided
Commission and recurring bonuses on top of hourly rate
Benefits and Support:
Full 2-week paid training offered if you fulfill the requirements
2-month structured onboarding program with 1:1 coaching by sales team leaders
Additional $800 of "Settling-in Grant" given for the first 2 months if you fulfill the requirements
Average Monthly Incentive Range of top performing agents: ₱ 120,000 ~ ₱ 180,000
The mentioned amount of ₱50,000 signifies the achieved minimum sales performance requirement.
