Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective international customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential international clients based on provided leads or databases
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills
• Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions accordingly
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM
• Follow communication scripts and comply with call center policies and procedures
• Provide after-sales support when needed
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and market trends
• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular coaching sessions

Working Location

On-site - Taguig
