A BPO company in Davao City is seeking an Outbound Sales/Appointment Specialist. You'll be responsible for making calls to potential clients interested in legal services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with attorneys. Overview

Role: Outbound Sales/Appointment Specialist

Rate: 150 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in legal services or may benefit from our assistance.
  • Qualify leads by gathering necessary information about their case or legal needs.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our legal services and answer basic inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments or consultations with our attorneys.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls and appointments set.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems or sales software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with personal injury law or legal services is a plus.
