Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer calls, emails and chats; capture and verify required information
  • Provide empathetic, efficient support for financial products and services
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain accurate records of interactions
  • Communicate solutions and recommendations to clients; stay up to date with product offerings
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction) and quality assurance targets
  • Client account management to drive client advocacy and identify continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and ensure a smooth experience
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Graduate from a recognized university (Minimum Qualifications)
