Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse and logistics.
• Experience in outbound management is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Willing to work on shifting/rotational schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manages all outbound operations and ensures KPIs are met (zero outbound errors, zero backlog, outbound orders per employee).
• Troubleshoots with inbound and inventory teams to resolve outbound issues.
• Produces and analyzes outbound reports to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Monitors outbound processes and proposes improvements to drive team performance.
• Leads and motivates the outbound team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Reports quality and safety issues to management as needed.
