Royal York Property Management is hiring Outbound Appointment Setters to speak with residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program. The program costs C$100 per month. If a covered tenant defaults on rent, the program is designed to provide the owner with an amount equal to the property's monthly rent, subject to the program's terms, approval requirements, and claim conditions.
You will contact company-provided property-owner leads through an automatic dialer, introduce the program, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and move interested owners to the next step. For most qualified owners, the preferred outcome is an immediate warm or live transfer to a Royal York sales representative rather than an appointment scheduled for another day. You will not complete the final sale or determine approval.
Property management, real estate, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, home services, or other consumer-sales experience is an asset but not required.
Experience with Convoso, Five9, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, CallTools, Readymode, or similar software is preferred.
The right candidate can connect with property owners quickly, respond naturally to objections, and confidently ask for the next step. You should be comfortable explaining why an owner may choose to pay C$100 per month to help protect an entire month of rental income if a covered tenant defaults. You do not need property-management experience or a perfect script immediately. You must have strong communication fundamentals, remain open to coaching, and apply feedback quickly.
