Job summary

We are seeking a candidate with strong finance process knowledge, specifically within the Order to Cash (OTC) domain. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in MSK Ocean and L&S OTC functions. This role involves full ownership and management of end-to-end learning solutions for the OTC process, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving capability development across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor's course

• Excellent time management skills; multitasking and prioritization, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals
• The ability to prepare effective reports, with the capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, and support positive changes
• Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in OTC
• The ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and the desire to develop advanced training skills
• Highly flexible and willing to work on a shifting schedule
