Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Operational Technology (OT) Security is required.
• Strong knowledge of OT frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience securing industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate OT risks.
• Familiarity with OT security monitoring and incident response processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to collaborate across teams.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule at our Cubao office.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team execution to meet security objectives
• Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational planning
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key security initiatives

Professional & Technical Skills

• At least 3-5 years of Operational Technology (OT) Security experience

• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes specific to OT
