Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application development lifecycle, including low-code/no-code adoption and SAP ABAP/BTP solutions.
• Oversee enterprise platforms (O365, Zoom, , Slack, etc.) ensuring performance, security, and integration.
• Manage projects, budgets, resources, vendors, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Implement QA, compliance, IT policies, and governance for applications and platforms.
• Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation to enhance adoption and efficiency.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or other related fields
• With at least 5+ years application development experience, including SAP ABAP + 2–3 years leadership/management role
• Expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, and integration technologies (APIs, middleware, web services)
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., SAP Build Apps, Microsoft Power Platform, Odoo)
• Strong project management skills (scope, resources, risk, delivery) with Agile/Scrum/DevOps familiarity
• Experience managing enterprise platforms (O365, SharePoint, Zoom, , cFlow, ERP/CRM)
• Proven leadership in supervising development teams and managing vendors/agencies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
