About the role

As the Organizational Development Specialist at AP Cargo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and driving its strategic people initiatives. This full-time position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, and will involve working closely with the HR team to implement innovative programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and professional development.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and delivering training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a learning culture

2. Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective change management strategies

3. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with the company's objectives

4. Facilitating team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen interpersonal relationships and boost morale

5. Providing coaching and mentoring support to managers and leaders, helping them develop their leadership capabilities

6. Analyzing employee data and feedback to identify trends and inform the development of targeted HR solutions

7. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal organizational effectiveness

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field

2. Strong understanding of human capital management principles, including talent management, performance management, and learning and development

3. Excellent facilitation and training skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging and impactful programs

4. Proficiency in using HR analytics and data to drive evidence-based decision-making

5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex organizational challenges

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
