Job Summary: Primarily responsible for the management of the Organization Development Department, involving administrative supervision and control of the department’s activities and personnel and the efficient delivery of organization development services to employees.
Responsibilities
- Organization Development Services Management: Conducting Organizational Diagnosis and prepares OD Intervention plan
- Provides technical support to the POD Head in program development and implementation of various OD programs and interventions
- Oversees the efficient delivery of Employee Level Performance Management System
- Provides support in: Organization/Job Designing to unit heads, Policy Administration System, and Program enhancements
- Facilitates training/learning interventions in relation to OD programs and services, and reviews existing OD programs
- Analyzes OD data and consolidates OD Reports, and monitors the timely implementation of approved interventions/strategies
- Oversees the updating and maintenance of OD records and database, ensures compliance, and recommends
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science / Human Resource Management / Psychology or other related field
- Six (6) years of relevant experience, three (3) years of which are in a supervisory capacity
- Certificate / Diploma in Training Development and Management and Organization Development is an advantage
