Job Summary
The Organic Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and optimizing organic content across vidaXL’s global social media platforms. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, drives community engagement, and supports overall brand awareness and loyalty. The specialist monitors platform trends, engages with followers, and collaborates with other teams to align content with campaigns and product launches. Data-driven insights and content creativity are combined to continuously improve reach and engagement.
Professional Knowledge
Required knowledge & expertise: Organic content strategy, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Twitter, Reddit), [Optional] community management, content scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar).
Education & certifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Media, or related field. Certifications in social media or digital marketing are an advantage.
Skills: Copywriting, content planning, community engagement, trend monitoring, basic analytics, creativity in storytelling, organizational skills, cross-cultural communication.
Experience
Minimum required experience: 2 years in social media management or digital marketing.
Relevant types of experience: Creating content calendars, managing multiple social platforms, writing engaging copy, tracking engagement metrics, community interaction.
