Job summary

A leading employment service provider in Metro Manila is looking for a qualified individual to manage and execute Order to Cash processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting and at least 6 months of experience in Finance/Accounting. Flexibility for shift work is required, and strong communication skills are essential. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of solid Finance/Accounting experience in Order to Cash / Account Receivable processes.
• Amenable to working full RTO in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig.
• Willing to work night shift or graveyard schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages and executes Order to Cash processes. Supports the maintenance and improvement of service performance metrics reports, as required. Provides status of work in process, assists in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalates issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions. Provides quality, cost-effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting-related courses is a must.

• At least 6 months of solid Finance/Accounting experience in Order to Cash / Account Receivable processes (i.e., Sales/Order Management, Billing, Collections, Deductions/Claims, Cash Applications).
• Amenable to work Full RTO in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig.
• Willing to work in any shifts, i.e., night shift, graveyard schedule, etc.
• Good communication skills.
