Job summary

A longstanding IT service provider in the Philippines is looking for an Order to Cash Manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash processes. Responsibilities include leading order management, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining robust communication with stakeholders. This role requires availability for a night shift schedule and willingness to work on-site in Naga, offering a competitive salary of up to Php195,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash.
• Ability to work night shift schedule.
• Willingness to work on site in Naga.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead order management, invoicing, credit reviews, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing in compliance with SLAs, internal controls, and client requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve operational issues and support continuous, end-to-end workflow.
• Oversee daily process activities and manage communications with clients, customers, and third-party partners.
• Deliver customer-focused service, manage escalations, and maintain stakeholder communications.
