As a Customer Service Representative for our Retail Account, you will play a key role in helping customers with their orders, returns, product inquiries, and more — all while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

What You\'ll Do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat related to orders, product information, returns, exchanges, and delivery status.
  • Assist customers in navigating the brand’s online store or retail services.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns or complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal tools/CRM systems.
  • Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality.
  • Stay updated on product lines, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent (college degree a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • No BPO Experience required.
