Tasq Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Oracle Tech Consultant Manager in Metro Manila.

You will oversee installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products, lead client accounts, and guide teams through strategic planning and transformation initiatives. You will mentor staff, ensure delivery quality, and manage budgets and timelines while leveraging ADF, OCI, and BI tools to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

As an Oracle Tech Consultant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions to optimize operational efficiency
• Managing client support and training for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle business applications
• Analyzing client needs to develop and implement software solutions that align with strategic objectives
• Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution to enhance delivery and embrace innovation
• Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to support business transformation initiatives
• Promoting process improvement and optimization through Oracle Data Integration and Business Intelligence tools
• Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to upholdprofessional standards
• Validating project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to maintain quality and timelines
• Encouraging the development of skills outside comfort zones and fostering a culture of inclusion and intellectual curiosity

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
