Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. seeks an Oracle Director to drive strategic use and management of Oracle technologies, lead growth, and deliver transformation initiatives. You will guide Oracle solutions from strategy through execution, mentoring leaders and building senior stakeholder relationships.

You will set direction for Oracle consulting, oversee engagements, and promote innovation and operational excellence across teams and the wider network. Strong leadership and cloud expertise are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong academic record.
12+ years of progressive Oracle applications experience at leadership level.
Proven experience in large-scale Oracle implementations or operations.
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and business development within Oracle technology consulting.
Oversee Oracle product implementation, configuration, administration, and support.
Analyze requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
Manage large-scale Oracle programs and client engagements with executive stakeholders.
Drive cloud modernization initiatives and architecture design.
Mentor future leaders and promote quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial excellence.
Foster cross-team collaboration and drive thought leadership.
