Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
14+ years of relevant professional experience, including Oracle Director or equivalent leadership.
Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud programs, implementations, or related enterprise technology initiatives.
At least 10 years of project and portfolio management experience.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and profitable revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Oversee Oracle Cloud implementations, integrations, migrations, and system enhancements.
Guide solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decisions across projects.
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Oracle solutions.
Lead technical teams and ensure successful project delivery.
Promote best practices in Oracle Cloud architecture, security, performance, and governance.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and client presentations.
Mentor technical teams and encourage continuous learning.
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and technology partners.
