Job summary

Oracle in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Financial Functional Lead to oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The role requires deep knowledge of financial modules and a track record of leading at least three end-to-end deployments.

You will design and configure modules, manage timelines, conduct requirements sessions with stakeholders, and guide a team of functional consultants while ensuring proper documentation and training materials are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Proven experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
• Proven experience in designing Integrations to/From Oracle Cloud From/To 3rd party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro etc.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, AP, AR, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct requirement analysis sessions with business stakeholders and recommend best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants.
• Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.
• Create solutions for a process area independently in client facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
