Job summary

Siegen HR Solutions is seeking an Oracle EBS specialist to lead design, configuration, testing, and training activities across our ERP platforms. You will develop a robust user community and analyze complex processes to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Oracle EBS releases 11i/12 within application support or consulting, and hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations, integration points, and ERP methodologies. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years Oracle EBS Release 11i or 12 experience in an application support or consulting role.
• 3 years supply chain or manufacturing or inventory management or financials experience
• Full cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experience
• Expert in the setup and integration points of multiple Oracle eBusiness suite modules
• Experience with Oracle Implementation Methodology, Business Process Engineering and/or similar ERP implementation methodologies
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
