Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an Oracle Finance Manager to join our client’s Finance Technology team in a hybrid role at BGC, Taguig. You will lead Oracle Finance transformation projects, manage client engagements, and guide ERP implementations to optimize financial processes and reporting.

The role requires 7+ years in Oracle Finance/ERP consulting, hands-on Oracle Financials and Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Finance, ERP consulting, finance transformation, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle ERP Cloud Finance, and related Oracle Finance solutions.
• Experience managing Oracle implementation, upgrade, or finance transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management is an advantage.
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification or related Oracle ERP Finance certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience leading project teams and delivering client-facing finance technology solutions.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and process improvement methodologies.
