Job summary

Cruise Administration Services Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking an Administrator for Oracle EBS with a focus on user access management and basic system maintenance. The role is based in the Philippines and requires 2–4 years of Oracle EBS experience.

The candidate will provide first-line support, ensure compliance with access policies, and maintain documentation of changes and procedures. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required depending on operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning and basic system maintenance.
• Familiarity with user access management concepts.
• Amenable to work in EST

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle EBS user access (create, modify, deactivate) per policy.
• Update user roles and responsibilities for approvals and audits.
• Perform basic Oracle maintenance (e.g., lookups, profile options).
• Provide end-user support for access issues and Oracle navigation.
• Assist with access reviews and SOX-related documentation.
• Document user access procedures and changes.
• Support system monitoring and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
