Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Oracle Director to lead enterprise-wide Oracle initiatives, drive digital transformation, and oversee the strategic delivery of Oracle solutions across business units. This role demands deep expertise in Oracle technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to align IT strategy with business goals. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, with a proven track record of delivering complex Oracle programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the Oracle solution roadmap aligned with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering Oracle Cloud and on-premise implementations (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, CX). Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance standards.


• Program Oversight: Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of Oracle transformation programs. Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects, managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to monitor program success.


• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and Oracle account teams. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership during client engagements and executive briefings. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within existing Oracle environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle solution delivery, including leadership of large-scale implementations.
