Job summary

Michael Page Philippines seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure DevOps professional to design, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments using IaC tools.

You will lead CI/CD pipelines, support Oracle databases and Fusion apps, and drive DevSecOps governance, security, and performance across enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience on DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• End-to-end OCI implementation experience (3+ projects).
• Proficiency with OCI services: Networks, IAM, Databases, Oracle Integration Cloud, Cloud Guard.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Java, or Ruby.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE), Github, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain OCI environments using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, OCI Resource Manager).
• Develop, enhance, and support automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, OCI DevOps).
• Manage Oracle Autonomous Databases (ATP/ADW) and Fusion applications operations.
• Drive cloud security with DevSecOps practices, IAM policies, and network controls.
• Monitor performance and reliability, optimize compute/storage/database resources.
• Lead technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Job Description

Cloud Infrastructure Automation

• Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and OCI Resource Manager to streamline cloud provisioning and management.

CI/CD & Release Engineering

• Develop, enhance, and support automated CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and OCI DevOps to enable efficient software delivery and deployment.

Oracle Database & Fusion Application Support

• Manage database operations across the full lifecycle, including patching, cloning, backups, and maintenance of Oracle Autonomous Databases (ATP/ADW) and Oracle Fusion applications.

Security & DevSecOps Governance

• Drive cloud security initiatives by implementing DevSecOps best practices, administering IAM policies, and securing OCI environments through network controls, compartments, and access management.

Cloud Performance & Reliability

• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and optimise compute, storage, and database resources to ensure scalability, stability, and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Leadership

• Facilitate technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable cloud and infrastructure solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience on DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• At least 3 End to End Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and its services (Networks , IAM , Databases, Oracle Integration Cloud , Cloud Guard
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Java or Ruby for writing automation scripts
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE), VBA, Github , Storages and configuration management
• Deep understanding on OCI Identity Access Management (policies, user groups, dynamic group, application roles)
• Familiarity on federation with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Deep understanding on PaaS Services and how each component play the role in the overall
