Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Master's degree or relevant Oracle certification preferred.
Minimum of 20+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Oracle technologies and solutions.
Proven track record leading large teams and complex offshore projects.

Responsibilities

Provide Delivery Oversight across Oracle Practice delivery centers, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
Supervise a multidisciplinary Oracle team including developers, consultants, analysts and support staff.
Oversee planning, execution and delivery of Oracle projects meeting requirements, timelines and budgets.
Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Serve as primary contact for Member Firms regarding offshore delivery operations.
Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with Member Firms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery strategies with outcomes.
Develop and implement operational policies and standards to optimize delivery processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and management within the center.
