Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree or Oracle certification preferred.
• 20+ years of relevant experience.
• 15+ years in Oracle technologies and solutions.
• Proven track record managing large offshore teams.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, Cloud, Database, Fusion Middleware, EPM.
• Experience with global delivery models and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Delivery Oversight across Oracle practice centers.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary Oracle team of experts.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and growth.
• Plan, execute, and deliver Oracle projects on time and budget.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and mitigate.
• Serve as primary contact for Member Firms on offshore delivery.
• Ensure clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery strategies.
• Develop and implement delivery policies and standards.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation within the center.
