Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Oracle Cloud Tech Senior Manager to lead client engagements across finance transformation, data integration, and cloud advisory. You will guide multiple work streams, translate client needs into Oracle Cloud solutions, and coach teams toward delivery excellence.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience, English fluency, and a strong background in Oracle technologies such as OCI, Data Integration, and BI Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Leading Oracle Cloud technology engagements for finance transformation initiatives, translating client objectives into practical solution designs and delivery plans
• Advising senior client stakeholders on Oracle Cloud strategy, platform capabilities, and implementation tradeoffs across core ERP processes
• Managing complex workstreams spanning configuration, development, data integration, and deployment activities for Oracle Cloud solutions
• Guiding teams through solution design, testing, issue resolution, and cutover planning while maintaining clear accountability for deliverables
• Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Data Integration, Oracle Application Development Framework, and BI Publisher skills to support solution build and reporting needs
• Developing process improvements that streamline finance operations and strengthen the use of Oracle applications across business functions
• Reviewing technical and functional outcomes with clients, incorporating feedback, and adjusting delivery approaches to address changing priorities
• Coaching team members through complex problem solving, escalating blockers when needed, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams

As an Oracle Cloud Tech Senior Manager you will lead client support efforts within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on Oracle Technology solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency through implementation, configuration, administration, development, and support. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, apply sound judgment in complex situations, motivate and coach teams, and bring strategic insight to client needs while contributing to operational excellence and clear, effective communication. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will guide multiple work streams, help translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions, and support delivery through thoughtful problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and practical use of industry and network knowledge.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Demonstrating Oracle Cloud technical delivery across complex client projects
• Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure skills in advisory environments
• Translating business needs into scalable Oracle technology solutions
