RecruitNest Consulting in the Philippines seeks an Oracle Director to lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions in enterprise-scale transformations. You will guide solution design, oversee migrations, and drive governance across multiple projects with executive stakeholders.

You will collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure Oracle deployments that align with business objectives and client needs across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 14+ years of experience as an Oracle Director or equivalent.
• Extensive Oracle Cloud program delivery experience across enterprise environments.
• 10+ years of project and portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record with executive stakeholders and large enterprise clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams in complex settings.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and governance skills.
• Immediate start preferred if possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight for Oracle Cloud implementations, integrations, migrations, and enhancements.
• Guide solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Oversee technical teams, architects, and PMs to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive best practices in Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and performance.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and complex integration challenges.
• Support pre-sales activities and technical presentations for clients.
• Mentor and develop technical teams and foster innovation.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and technology partners.
