Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance lead to own problem management in a global BAU environment. You will guide a team, drive incident resolution, and manage quarterly and monthly Oracle upgrades within the F&P domain.

You will collaborate with domain leads, stakeholders across BPOs, KBUs and EU regions, implement continuous improvement, and ensure deployments meet deadlines while maintaining standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Finance professional.
• Experience with Agile/CI frameworks.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BAU incident and problem management team.
• Own end-to-end Oracle quarterly/monthly upgrades in the F&P domain.
• Oversee deployments in lower environments.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Domain Service Manager, FSMs, and Tech Lead.
• Engage with stakeholders across BPOs, KBUs and EU regions.
