Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Accounting; CPA is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in general ledger.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, SAP, and business reporting tools such as BO and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and report monthly the full Geo Opex package at management level.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation (BSR) for assigned company codes per corporate policies.
• Review and approve Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the OPEX Team per corporate policies.
• Prepare and submit expense journal entries (e.g., payroll, sales commissions).
• Review and approve expense journal entries from the business or local country in Blackline.
• Approve PR charges to prepaid accounts and validate prepaid templates.
• Execute month-end amortization and maintain prepaid engine data accuracy.
• Prepare and furnish Finance/Consolidations reports (Sales Commission, Payroll Payable, Prepaid).
