Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Operator to support 6S activities, HRDS operations, and line monitoring.

You will handle process visuals, SPC sampling, and data entry using AX/e-logsheets, ensuring accurate lot accounting and proper rejection categorization. The role requires a senior high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, good communication, teamwork, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with rotating shifts and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Perform 6S activities pre- and post-shift.
• DPG–HRDS operation, manually or semi-automatic.
• Monitor process visuals, SPC, and sampling tests per procedures.
• Handle computer transactions (AX / e-logsheets / SPC / Qualis).
• Account for lot quantities and properly categorize rejections.
• Make decisions based on existing specifications and criteria.
• Perform other tasks as required.
