Job summary

Taters Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Operations Training & Support Assistant to deliver hands-on operations training across branches and coach frontline teams.

You will facilitate sessions, ensure SOPs are followed on the floor, and collaborate with Operations and HR to plan training aligned with business needs. The role requires 1–2 years of operational experience in retail or similar, plus experience training or supervising a team, and comfort with presenting to groups.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on operations experience in retail, food service, or similar.
• Experience training, coaching, or supervising a team.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating training sessions.
• Understanding of how store-level operations affect profitability (sales, cost, shrinkage, labor).
• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver operations training sessions for employees at different levels.
• Train teams on correct implementation of manuals and SOPs.
• Coach and guide branch staff and team leaders to reinforce training on the job.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage training schedules across branches.
• Identify training needs based on performance, store visits, and feedback.
• Provide hands-on operational support to branches to ensure training translates to execution.
• Monitor training impact on performance, including basic P&L effects.
• Prepare training and performance reports and suggest content improvements.
• Partner with Operations and HR to align training priorities with business needs.
