The Team Lead supports process adherence, implements incremental improvements, and ensures clear communication of priorities and status.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, assigning tasks based on capacity, and escalating risks with actionable context. Success is measured by predictable delivery, reduced rework, and consistent compliance with standardized procedures.

Essential Job Skills/Duties

• Oversees resources (manpower, job set up, jigs and fixtures) to meet the needs of each process/area.

Schedules and monitors attendance of the assigned team.

• Escalate issues to immediate superior in a timely manner.
• Provides inputs, report and troubleshoot minor abnormalities on the assigned line/area.
• Handles and controls process flow to ensure smooth delivery of products and complies to quality standards and procedures.
• Guides team members to ensure compliance of related to job specification and procedures.
• Consistently conduct regular area audit to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures of team members.
• Provides regular performance & analysis report on fall-outs.
• Leads projects which drives continuous improvement, cost savings and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area.
• Executes, contributes to and participate in 5S activities on the assigned process/area.
• Complies with all safety regulations and any plant regulation related to safety.
