Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Support who will be responsible for managing the NetSuite Support email inbox, addressing daily inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor Van Tech-stock fortnightly for inventory accuracy and replenishment.
  • Fulfill Sales Orders (SOs) and Transfer Orders (TOs), ensuring timely and accurate shipments and transfers.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the manager to meet business needs.
  • Create Transfer Orders for inventory transfers between locations.
  • Receive Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders, ensuring proper data entry and documentation.
  • Manage inventory and bin transfers for optimal stock control.
  • Support stock take counts with accurate verification and documentation.
  • Create Sales Orders for Hire Stock and update inventory for rental items.
  • Clean up old Transfer Orders to maintain system accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Experience with NetSuite in order processing and inventory management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting inventory and order issues.
