Overview

Job Title: Creative Content Specialist
Work Location: EDSA Greenfield

Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱5,000

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Global Marketing Shared Services Team with various content requests.
• Write and edit engaging copy for social media (image copy, captions, carousels, video scripts).
• Draft well-structured blog articles and website content.
• Create persuasive paid ads for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Develop copy for infographics, landing pages, email communications, and internal campaigns.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability before publication.
• Support the development of content for recruitment, employee engagement, awareness, and B2B marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, English, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital publishing and social media content creation (blogs, social media, websites, internal communications).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create diverse digital content tailored to different audiences.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous copywriting experience in a BPO setting is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
