You will lead project managers and field superintendents, coordinate with architects and subcontractors, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while maintaining OSHA-compliant safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple active construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with building codes, quality standards, and budget limits.
• Oversee the logistics of labor, materials, and equipment; coordinate with procurement to maintain inventory and prevent delays.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and site safety protocols; conduct routine audits to mitigate operational and legal risks.
• Mentor, schedule, and evaluate project managers and field superintendents; facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare financial forecasts, manage cost estimates, and track expenses to improve operational profitability.
• Ensure that the reports are accurate.
