Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support solution delivery across Claims and Group Operations. You will gather requirements, define functional specs, coordinate testing, and track delivery through to implementation and BAU handover in a pooled-resource setup.

You will work with business users, IT, internal controls, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet approved objectives and operational needs, while keeping stakeholders informed

Qualifications

• End-to-end business analysis for initiatives; translate needs into requirements.
• Coordinate testing strategies, test cases and user acceptance.
• Track delivery activities and manage risks, dependencies, and actions.
