The role translates the founder's weekly priorities into actionable work plans and coordinates tasks across an offshore support team.

You will monitor progress, ensure deadlines, build scalable systems, and serve as the founder's primary operational point of contact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple business functions.
• Experience using project management software (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com/Notion).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate founder priorities into actionable project plans and tasks.
• Coordinate offshore support teams across marketing, ecommerce, administration, finance, and operations.
• Monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify blockers and risks, maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives and launch plans.
