Job summary

Aggreko Energy Rental Solutions, Inc. based in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities, depot and service center operations, and project delivery across the Philippines.

You will lead technicians and project teams, ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of tasks. Responsibilities include driving safety, staffing, planning, equipment preparation and repair coordination, and ensuring asset availability and cost control.

Qualifications

• Trade or engineering qualifications (preferably electrician, diesel mechanic, or gas mechanic).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the power industry with proven team and project management experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision‑making skills.
• Customer‑focused with ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Operations Manager based in Philippines. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all operational activities in the Philippines, including projects, depot management, and service center operations. This role ensures positive operational performance, customer service delivery, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Operations Manager will lead and manage technicians and project teams, coordinate equipment preparation and repair, and ensure timely and efficient execution of projects and operational tasks.
