Job summary

Anti-Pol Ecosystem, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer/plumber to supervise plumbing works, prepare CAD drawings, and coordinate with subcontractors. The role includes training onsite teams and supporting during emergencies.

Must hold PRC licenses, with at least 5 years in facilities management and strong communication and troubleshooting skills. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Must be PRC-licensed engineer.
• Must be PRC-licensed master plumber.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facilities management.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and supervision for plumbing works including pipe augering, fixture installation, and repiping.
• Conduct regular monitoring and reporting of ongoing and completed works.
• Prepare CAD drawings to clarify installation methodologies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors where necessary.
• Conduct training programs, formal and informal, as needed.
• Coordinate and support onsite team members, especially during emergencies.
• Optimize current processes for continuous improvement.
