Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive client SLA attainment and profitability. You will coach staff, develop systems, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate staffing with clients and departments.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in operations, including 2–3 years in leadership. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential; hybrid work setup is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5–10 years of relevant operations experience, with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Strong competencies in operations management, people leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, process improvement methodologies, reporting tools, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills; hybrid work setup acceptable.

• Coach and develop staff; recommend training as appropriate.

• Conduct performance planning, appraisals, feedback, and documentation.
• Address non-performing staff and take appropriate actions.
• Liaise with top management and clients regarding performance; generate value-added actions for partnerships.
