Operations Manager (BPO)
Oversee and manage daily operations of the BPO department to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of targets
Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and staff to maintain high performance and employee engagement
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service quality
Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards
Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and workload distribution
Handle escalations and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in BPO operations
Not more than 50 years old
Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree graduate (any course)
