Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the Korean Convenience Store operations at LaVie Resort and Casino, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strong customer experience. You will drive sales targets, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead staff, manage schedules, monitor cash handling, and coordinate with franchisor and suppliers for continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in retail/F&B/convenience store operations.
• Strong leadership and inventory management skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end store operations including opening, closing, and daily execution.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, cost control, and shrinkage management.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Supervise and evaluate store staff performance and discipline.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Monitor cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and service recovery.
• Implement promotions, merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with franchisor and suppliers for operational improvements and compliance with the Operations Manual.
• Submit required operational reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
