Job summary

Connectwise Outsourcing Services seeks an Operations Manager for a food manufacturing plant in Silang, Cavite. You will oversee daily operations, ensure production schedules, quality compliance, safety, and cost-effective performance while coordinating production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Marketing, or related field and at least five years in food manufacturing or FMCG operations (including two years in supervision) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in food safety management systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage overall plant operations, ensuring production schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to maintain smooth workflow.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Control operating costs and manage resources effectively.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to health and environmental policies.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
