Job summary

SATO Philippines Auto-ID SP Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to streamline purchasing, inventory, logistics, warehousing and reporting functions in Metro Manila.

You will manage end-to-end purchasing, liaise with suppliers, monitor stock, coordinate shipments, and generate operational reports. The role requires 3–4 years in procurement and supply chain, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP Business One.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 3–4 years experience in Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics or Operations Support.
• Experience end-to-end purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory monitoring and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from creation through fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, quotations, and delivery schedules.
• Support inventory planning and stock monitoring activities.
• Coordinate inventory counts, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Monitor warehouse compliance and inventory movement processes.
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries and logistics requirements.
• Handle import documentation, permit processing, customs coordination and shipment tracking.
• Generate and maintain inventory, procurement and operational reports.
• Analyze operational data and identify process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
