Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking an Operations Lead Engineer to manage enterprise Fortinet SD-WAN deployments across 300+ branches and lead global network delivery.

You will own incident management, conduct root-cause analyses, and mentor engineers while coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams in an ITIL-aligned environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, NOC operations, or infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiSASE.
• Experience with Cisco WAN, routing, switching, and enterprise firewall technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, IPsec, and DMVPN.
• Fortinet FCSS SD-WAN / NSE7 certification preferred.
• Cisco CCNP preferred; CCNA required; ITIL Foundation and Security+ certifications are a plus.
