Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related program.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with claims intake, documentation, and tracking within company systems.
• Support fleet rental and asset tracking database maintenance and record reconciliation.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational databases; perform data validation and reporting.
• Draft and respond to business correspondence using approved templates.
• Organise digital and physical records according to company protocols.
• Support general administrative and operational projects as assigned.
• Learn risk tracking methodologies, commercial fleet management processes, and corporate communication standards.
